This turned out really good!! We substituted Cream of celery instead of mushroom and added one chili pepper, carrots and celery. Also, used white potatoes instead of red (only because we have a large amount of them) and everything tasted great together! We did let it cook twice as long (about 5 hours) and the pork just fell apart as you ate it. The chili pepper gave it a nice kick at the end and was great served with sweet cornbread...yum!!!
