Brown Sugar Smokies

Easy and delicious!!! It was a big hit. Maybe next time I'll try to add some maple syrup with the brown sugar for extra flavor. Two thumbs up!!!!

Lazygirl's Ground Turkey Stroganoff

In fear of the dish being too salty, I had purchased low or no salt ingredients. I substitued the water for chicken stock and omitted the chicken bullion. I did find it a bit bland and wound up adding salt and the meal did remind me of 'hamburger helper'. But quick and easy for a weeknight.

BBQ Chicken Pizza I

I'm sorry to say, but the sauce was way too sweet eventhough I had cut back on the sugar & molasses. Too much sauce was left over. You can atleast cut the amount by half and still be okay with the amount needed. I love BBQ pizza, but, sorry to say, not this recipe.

Cranberry Pork Roast

Aussie Chicken

I had plenty of ingredients left over. I think I could have gotten away with only using half the amount of cheese, bacon, mushrooms and honey mustard sauce. Seemed to be a waste to prepare all the extra ingredients and only use a small portion of them. Otherwise, the meal was very good.

Sweet Green Bean Bundles

Excellent! I had doubts using canned green beans (since I hate canned veggies), but this recipes came out wonderful and it made a beautiful presentation at the Christmas dinner table. Yummy!!!

Deluxe Sour Cream Chicken

I'm sorry, but this turned out to be a soupy, white, runny mess. The bacon turned soggy, the sour cream curdled and overall, very unappealling; sight and smell wise. I was embarrassed to have served this to my family for dinner.

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

I had to bake them for over 35 minutes. The stuffing was still only lukewarm, but the mushrooms were cooked. It's probably not a good idea to refridgerate the stuffing for a long period of time. As far as taste is concerned, it was alittle bland.
