Cindy's Awesome Clam Chowder
Deserves the "awesome" name in its title. Substituted a parsnip for the potatoes, added an extra can of clams, used chicken broth instead of water, and only 1 pkg of leek soup. Great flavor and I lived in Boston for a number of years. Thanks Cindy

Hamburger Vegetable Soup
Delicious. I sauteed the onion with the beef, added whatever fresh veggies I had (mushrooms, green beans, carrots), used two, 1oz envelopes of onion soup mix and a few splashes of worcestershire. I also grated fresh romano at the end 'cause I love the stuff. Instead of adding the pasta into the soup (reviewers called it mushy), I cooked it and will keep it separate, adding it to the soup each time it's reheated. A winner!

Miracle Soup
Yum. I changed up the ingredients and made the soup more Asian. Baby bok choy instead of veggies, mushrooms, water chestnuts. Left out the ginger and cilantro (not fond of either), reduced the rice wine vinegar and added a splash of sesame oil at the end as recommended by another reviewer. This has become a weekly soup for me. Thanks for the recipe!
