Brianna Eating =)
About this Cook
I am a stay at home mother to a 8month little girl named Brianna Adele. I am engaged to a wonderful man named Will and we use diner time as part of our family time =)
My favorite things to cook
I love dinner time around her most nights, its my favorite activity of the day, my fiance comes home to work and the house is filled with good yummy smells! I love chicken recipes, pasta, side dishes. I'm not the best when it comes to making deserts but I try =)
My favorite family cooking traditions
Once a month I make some sort of dinner for my fiance's family. (me, him, his mother Jodi, 3yr old nephew Landyn, sometimes his sisters and Twyla) We have ham to chicken to soup almost anything, but I try to make it big, loud, and yummy =D
My cooking triumphs
I can cook almost anything with a recipe, I love to jazz things up and try new things! I use this website allllllll the time, this is the only "cook book" I own or will ever need =)
My cooking tragedies
1 word...meatloaf...I always do this wrong...it either doesn't taste right (to much crackers) or it burns, or its not cooked enough! I can cook almost anything but not meatloaf...lol and its one of my fiance's favorite foods!

Quick and Easy Chicken and Tomato Pasta
My family loves this, I didn't change it to much, but instead of angel hair pasta I usually use the pene or the minestrone noodles...and to make a thicker sauce i use a small can of tomato sauce and a can of tomato paste, I season the chicken when its browning but I also season it after I have everything in it, the Italian seasons work nice with it
