Sour Cream and Chive Rolls

I have become very familiar with any type of dough and was surprised to find that this one didn't rise at all when taken out of the fridge! Although convenient because there is barely any kneading involved, I found the rolls very bland. I waited until the first batch was finished before dealing with the rest of the dough and am glad I did so. I added a touch of Thyme and a TBSP of garlic to each of the remaining 3 rounds before throwing them in...more flavour, came out great!

Bacon Cheddar Chive Muffins

These are GREAT! Searching for recipes at midnight planning the menu for the week, I decided to make these (yes, at 1230 am) because my boyfriend loves bacon so much and we have a busy day tomorrow, no time to make an impressive breakfast. I dont have sugar on hand so scratched it all together. I also didnt have chives so I substituted with Thyme. Although Chives would have been better, these were still spectacular!!! Also, I greased the muffin pan with vege oil so that they fried the outside a bit. This will be a weekly bake, for sure! I do have to agree with whoever mentioned that the mushroom soup leaves an unusual after taste in your mouth...I'd suggest using real mushrooms!

Easiest Focaccia Recipe

Only use 1 tsp of salt if you arent used to a high dosage...make sure to add baking powder or it has quite a bit of trouble rising. I mix thyme into the flour before mixing the water and then season with Rosmary, thin onion slices and a touch of romano or parma. So good! Now that I've made it so many times it's requested weekly.

Cheddar Puff Biscuits

These suckers will NOT puff!!! I threw in a tsp of baking powder and the first batch didnt rise, so I added another 1/2 tsp to the other half that hadnt gone in yet and they didn't rise either. The only thing I added was oregano and I doubled the garlic. Taste great..but flat.

Gourmet Guacamole

I have always gotten my recipes from this site but had never set up an account until right now, after making and trying this recipe. It's spectacular!!!! I added a Tbs of Salsa, doubled the chili powder and threw in a bit of lemon juice. SO GOOD.
