Napa Cabbage Noodle Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2011
Fabulous salad. I used granulated Splenda in place of sugar and added some roasted salted sunflower seeds. But the biggie: My son got out the sriracha hot chili sauce to put on top of his. He raved about how good it was, so I did the same. That put it over the top. A perfect addition for those who like spicy. I would suggest adding 2-3 T of this to the dressing. You will love it.

Scalloped Oysters I

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2012
Loved it. I make my own version which is almost exactly like this. DO NOT use canned or Willapoint oysters. I only use Appalachicola oysters, but when not available, I will use any others than those stinky things. I have to make it for every Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. Quality of the oysters is so important when creating this amazing and expensive holiday treat. Men have fallen in love with me over this recipe.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2010
For my Christmas dinner I am going to use this stuffing in a roast crown of pork, using pork sausage (hot or sage flavored). I used corn bread and sour dough french bread for my Thanksgiving version and everyone loved it. Pour your gravy on top...yum!!

This was an excellent sauce. I used authentic italian sausage from The Hill in St. Louis and added a Tbls of fennel seed, which is an exciting addition to spaghetti sauce. Also added half a bell pepper and a some fresh mushrooms. All I can say is, WOW!!

Accidental Fish

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2013
Made this last week with fresh red snapper and thought it was just delicious. Used half the butter and a little extra olive oil, 5 splashes of hot sauce, and 2 tomatoes. So good, I'm making it again tonight for company. Serve atop brown rice. Healthy and incredibly good!!
