Waikiki Meatballs

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2010
I thaught this recepie was great. It had lots of flavor contrary to some reviews. I followed the suggestions of others and baked the meatballs in the oven on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The only change I made was I cooked the sauce in a saucepan, added the peppers and pineapple at the last few mins to get warm...I placed the meatballs in a glass bakingdish and poured the sauce mixture ontop and baked at 350 for 30mins turning once. They ended up AWESOME!!! Tastey all the way through..mmmmm.

Homemade Vanilla Pudding

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2010
Im not sure how this recepie got 4 stars...I would only give it one! I followed this recepie and the suggestions of others who mixed the dry ingredients before cooking...and at first it looked promising but after it cooled for a couple hours I went to have some and it was runny as heck!!

Alan's Pie Crust

This was my first pie crust ever and I loved it. It was flakey rolling out but I found if I rolled it slow it flattened out nice. Does anyone know if this recepie freezes well?

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2010
I LOVE THIS RECEPIE!!! And so does EVERYONE I give these awesome Chewy Cookies. I have tried soooo many cookie reciepies and this is a keeper! These cookies resemble those pricey cookies you will find in the bakery section at you local foodchain... but the best part is that you will spend wayyy less making them and yeald 3 dozen nice sized cookies. I wouldnt recemend freezing these ones, they loose the chewyness after frozen. Make sure if you make these awesome cookies you watch them in the oven and not let them get too brown..a nice light brown is perfect. Thanks for the recepie!!!

Mrs. Sigg's Fresh Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2011
This pie is awesome! I have never made fresh pumpkin pie before, and as another reviewer stated "If its runny, dont worry it Will cook". Also this recepie will fill 2 8inch pie plates nicely. I added 2 heaping cups of pumpkin puree and it turned out fine. Also I let 1 pie sit over night as suggested and it gives the pie extra flavor when the spices have time to sit...Great recepie, a keeper forsure! Thanks!!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2010
I thaught this pie was good...the only problem I had was getting the bottom crust to actually cook properly. I will defenetly try this one again but maybe half the carmel sauce, it was too juicy. After I poured the mix overtop the pie I took a brush and brushed the sauce all over the crust... OMG it was sooooo goood!!! After I make this one again Im sure I will be re-raiting it to a 5 star.

Easy Fruit Cobbler

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2010
This was the first time I have ever made or even tried a fruit cobbler, and I wasnt sure what to expect. All in all I thaught It was alright, not too keen on the saugy cake-like mixture under the fruit. I wouldnt recommend this was a waste of good fruit!
