The Best Stuffed Mushrooms

these are awesome...they turned out great..I didnt have any worstishire so i added a few drops of the bacan grease and added a clove garlic just to kick up the flavor....yummy will make again

Beef with Vegetables

Slow Cooker Italian Chicken Alfredo

This is amazing. I used fat free cream cheese and 98% fat free cream of chicken to cut on calories. I also served it over brown rice. I made bow tie pasta for my husband and son and I liked it better over rice. I have seen this recipe before many times in the past and have never made it and decided I wanted to. Thankfully found it on this site and it is definetly a keeper.

Mary's Sugar Cookies

This is a really great recipe. I have made them a few times. The last time I used this recipe, I used it as a base for the mint chocolate chip cookies on this site from betty crocker. I didn't want to use store bought sugar cookie dough for that recipe so I used this. Turned out really great.

Potluck Spareribs

Very good. I used baby back ribs but that doesn't really make a difference. Made them in the crock pot. I only made 3 pounds of ribs but I made the full amount of BBQ sauce just to have extra to dip. Will make again.

Eggless Chocolate Cake II

Very good and moist. I didn't have any cocoa powder so I melted semi sweet chocolate chips incorporating the oil in with it as it melted. I frosted them with peanut butter frosting. Turned out great.

Creamy Chicken on Linguine

Supper yummy. Followed the recipe except I just used all heavy cream insted of milk and added a little corn starch to thicken it up. I just barley had enough sauce so I would probably double le it next tie but the taste is amazing.

Poppy Seed Muffins

these turned out great....yumm....cut back the oil just to a cup.....i mixed all yet ingredients and surgar together with mixer than i hand mixed in all the dry ingredients...left super lumpy....made glaze with lemon juice instead of orange....turned out fantastic...also i made 1 dozen big muffins and 3 dozen mini muffins so def makes more than recipe says.....

Easy Tuna Casserole

yummy.....very versatile recipe.....great as is...instread of chedder i mixed in small cubes of velveeta and then layerd some on top...just a personal prefferance there....french fried onions make this recipe extra yummy

Baked French Toast

i gave this 5 stars because it is great just the way it is and if you have never made this befor i suggest you make the recipe as is and then tweek it for personal taste....for mine i cut back to 6 eggs and 2 cups of milk cuz i didnt have half and half also i added about a half cup white sugar and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg......to the topping i added cinnamon and nutmeg and serve it with hot syrup....yummy

yummmy....great recipe....i did cut back onthe amounnt of nuts and i used white chocolate chips instead of chunck chocolate..... also i barely got 3 doz cookies and that was making smaller cookies....otherwise this is a keeper

Five Ingredient Ice Cream

super yummy....the only thing i did differently was like i only used 1/2 pint heavy cream....to avoid the whipped cream texture...turned out fantastic...very creamy...almost like soft serve from dairy queen...i added white chocolate macadamia nut cookie dough rolled in little balls...love it

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

I have made this recipe into cupcakes many times and they never fail to be amazing. I don't usually even like carrot cake but I will eat these like they are going out of style. I added a dash of nutmeg to mine as well but thats the only change made.

Double Crust Stuffed Pizza

This is a great base recipe....i use the crust for every pizzza i make....i stuff the pizza with whatever toppings i have on hand but usually includes sausage and pepperoni....i make my own sauce but i believe it is the crust that really makes this pizza

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

This is a really good recipe for a quick sauce it wouldnt be called quick and easy if it was a fine dining recipe...i did reduce the amount of milk cuz i like my sauce thicker and i used 3 oz of grated parm and 3 oz of shredded parm..i also added a bit more garlick and served it over penne and chicken great quick meal for a weekday night....
