Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
After reading quite a few reviews I decided to try this recipe but with some hesitation. Boy was I wrong, this was delicious, I got a two thumbs up from my 13 year old daughter and my husband's only gripe was there were no veggies added to the pot. Next time I will add small red potatoes (which I did cook separately and served on the side) and maybe carrots. This is the first slow cooker meal I truly did enjoy. Thank you.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
Well, it's not the best alfredo I've ever eaten but not bad. My 13 year old daughter just loved it and my husband didn't bother to try it. As for me I thought it was pretty good and needed more garlic. It was definetly easy. I will definetly make it again, but with more garlic and I bet it would taste even better if the garlic was fresh, not powder.

Cheesy Corned Beef Hash Casserole
I loved it, can't say the same for my family though. My 13 year old barely ate it and my husband liked it and said it seemed better for dinner than breakfast, he also said that it needed more corned beef hash. I think this was my fault. I was trying to take the advice of others regarding this recipe and I was trying to tone done on the egg noodles but the problem was I didn't have enough of one kind of egg noodle so I mixed them together and I think it made too much. I also didn't have a processed/velveeta type cheese so I used what I had which was a four cheese mexican and monterey jack cheeses. This recipe is definetly a keeper and with a little more tweeking, my husband might even LOVE it. I gave it five stars on my personal review only.
