My husband and I have made this several times. It is always a huge hit. We use garlic salt instead of minced garlic. It works just as well. We will have to try Panko crumbs since the crust does seem to come out a little soggy. We made this for our very large family Christmas potluck of about 30 people (mind you I said potluck where there were several other main dishes), making about 24 large chicken breast thinking that people would only eat about half a chicken breast per person. Well to our surprise there was not a thing left! No leftovers!
