This was really good. I would have rated it a TEN. Only changed one item. Used chili and lime powder because that was all I had. Sprinkled with monterey jack cheese, sliced cabbage and fresh lime.

Yummy! Really good. Made a few changes. Added peas and corn along with carrotts and more seasonings. Also added 3 tablespoons and milk to my potatoes.

Good New Orleans Creole Gumbo

OMG, was this good! This was the first time I made gumbo and we loved it. I made the recipe exactly as is, plus added diced up chicken breast. This is a keeper. Will make again.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Very good. I made several changes. Added 2 lbs of stew meet, used 2 cans garlic mushroom soup, beef broth and sour cream instead of cream cheese. My family loved it.
