Bread Machine Bagels

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2014
Great recipe! Since discovering this recipe couple of years ago I never went back to store bought bagels. You can substitute 2 tbsp of dry malt powder instead of sugar in the recipe to have that deli taste bagels. Love this recipe!!

Apple Crumble Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2008
This pie is pretty good! Definetly have to coat sliced apples with flour and sugar cinnamon mixture so syrup won't be too runny. I liked mine a little bit crunchy so I took it out 3 minutes for schedule time.

I've been cooking collard greens with this recipe for yrs. I put everything in a crock pot, a dash or two of cayenne peeper and add 1 shelled pecan cook low for 8-10 hrs. Basically no sweat and you'll get yourself an authentic and tender southern greens.

Chicken In Sour Cream

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2007
Love it! I soak the chicken thighs in water and seasoning salt in a ziploc bag and put in the fridge for 1 hr. After, I rolled in bed of flour with onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper and fried it until brown. I didnt have onion soup mix so I only used onion powder. The chicken came out tender and juicy and a little bit crispy after baking. Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetable. Excellent Sunday dinner!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2007
This was so good! Definetly a keeper. I won't have to buy frozen-premade buffalo wings anymore. Followed the direction to the T! I have to double sauce because I have more chicken wings than suggested.

Lemon Square Bars

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2005
This was very gooddddd!!! Love the flavor. When I was making this recipe, I didn't have enough eggs to mix. So I put the bottom dough in the fridge until I got back from the store (eggs). It turned out very flakly after I baked it but it tasted so delicious. Mine didn't look like the picture because I didn't have enough time to cool it, it was gone before it cooled!!! Yeah, it was that good!
