It was a wonderful stuffing recipe! We loved it. It was so easy and so tasty~ we cooked it in a turkey and it turned out perfect.

I had a bit of trouble with it cooking unevenly, but in the end it turned out wonderfully! Great recipe~!

Egg Salad III

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2002
I thought it was really good. I didn't follow the instructions given to make the eggs, so I have no comment on those (I just made them the way I always make them). I think the kids will even like it because they love olives. Thanks for the recipe.

Chocolate Zucchini Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2003
I changed it a bit, since I didn't have cardamom on hand~ doubled the cinnamon instead. I also did half brown/half white sugar and it still turned out great.

Blueberry Cream Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2003
These are really great muffins! I used frozen chopped blueberries because my kids aren't fans of huge chunks of fruit in their muffins and they are still very good! Thanks for the recipe!

Sesame Shrimp Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2003
I used a combination of shrimp and scallops and frozen stir-fry veggies (since I knew my kids would eat those more than green onions and red peppers) and it turned out great! Even my picky 4 year old ate lots!

It was too salty for our tastes, but it was very easy to make.

I couldn't find Zesty Ranch so I used regular Ranch. It was pretty good.

Chocolate Chip Krispies

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2003
The cookies are good but the texture of the rice krispies was different than what I expected. They came out chewy/crunchy, not crispy/crunchy. The overall cookie taste was still really good though. I also halved the chocolate chips and there was plenty.

Easy to make and the kids found it easy to use! It dried well and held their creations together (we used it for gingerbread men).

It was really good but I found the cake a bit dry, so I added some more orange juice.

Classic Bran Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2004
They are good. I didn't have buttermilk on hand, so I used 2% and it turned out fine. I also used whole-wheat flour and all was well. The kids love the muffins too.

English Butter Tarts

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2004
They were good but they boiled over for me therefore there was less filling in each tart that I had anticipated. Perhaps I left them in the oven too long?

Fruity Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2004
This recipe was okay. Neither my husband or I liked it much but it did make the meat very tender. The kids (6 and 4 years old) seemed to really like it. I did use grape jelly instead of plum jam as I couldn't find any plum jam at the store. Maybe that made the difference?

Ranch Dressing II

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2004
This is an amazing recipe. I thought that it really was like restaurant Ranch Dressing. I did add a bit of lemon juice (about a teaspoon I think) to thin it out. It works great on both salads and potato chips! I will be using this recipe from now on.

Maureen's Baked Beans

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2004
I used different beans (20 oz Kidney, 20 oz butter, and 20 oz Romano beans) and it still came out fantastic. I added a big squirt of our favourite BBQ sauce as well, which really enhanced the flavour. Thanks for a great recipe that the whole family loved!
