Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch
This is a great recipe. Simple, straight-forward and comes out awesome every single time. It's no fail! Feel free to experiment with different summer fruits...rhubarb, strawberry of course...but blackberries, blueberries, raspberries can also be added along with, to make up the 6+ cups of fruit. I didn't have quite enough rhubarb in my garden to make up 3 cups, so I improvised with other berries and the results were fantastic. Simply the best!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
Absolutely the best apple pie, bar none. I know that there are an overwhelming number of positive reviews but I just felt compelled to add mine. This is definitely the only apple pie recipe I will ever make again. It was absolutely perfect and I followed all of the instructions as written. I used granny smith apples and added about a tablespoon of lemon juice to the apples, just so the filling wasn't too sweet as I didn't know what to expect with the caramel sauce. The pie was amazing in both appearance, texture and taste. Awesomeness!!!

Nana Dot's Irish Soda Bread
Excellent flavour! Can also be made into scones if desired. I did have a bit of a more crumbly texture than I wanted...slicing was crumbly and messy. Anyone know what can prevent this as I really would like it to be a bit more 'together'. I did not over-knead.
