Delicious Pumpkin Bread

Turned out so moist and delicious! Ive gotten so many compliments on this bread! I used fresh roasted pumpkin, not canned, and added 1 teaspoon ginger. I also omitted the walnuts.

Want to give it 4.75. Honey was a great sweetener, and paired well with the honey.but, it was a bit overwhelming. Quickly got use to the tast, but it makes a difference I will be keeping this recipe for future uses, with small recipes tweaks to make it perfect!

Bacon Roll Ups II

Brown Family's Favorite Pumpkin Pie

I substituted butternut squash for pumpkin, and WOW, it turned out fabulous!!! I'm making it with pumpkin for Christmas dinner, and I know it'll be a pleaser! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe with us!

I make this in my food processor and it's super easy! Takes only a minute or two, and it's my go to recipe for pie crust. I have recommended it to several people. very easy to work with.

French Silk Chocolate Pie I

tried this once with Splenda, and it came out tasting salty, which was odd... figured out it was the coco and the splenda not working out right together. made it a second time with real sugar and it was spectacular!! I definitely recommend making it with real sugar, it's well worth the calories.

Creamy Rice Pudding

First time making rice pudding, and it turned out excellent. I did not have any issues with it being too thin or too sweet. I used 1% milk and splenda mix, and replaced the raisins with craisins. Even my boyfriend raved about it, AND ate all the left overs. One thing I did learn? Make a double batch!!!

Baked Pork Chops I

I made this to use up a pork tenderloin I had sitting around. I did reduce the cookign time only slightly, but I was amazed at the wonderful texture and flavor of this recipe. I used cream of chicken soup instead, and made this again using chicken instead of pork. The sauce is absolutely fantastic, and SO easy! Thank you!

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna

Awesome. Absolutely amazing. I had no problems with it being watery like others complained of. I used no-cook noodles, and I think that might have helped. I plan on making it again with the addition of some chicken, but it was amazing even as is!

Butternut Squash Pizzas with Rosemary

The taste and flavor of this pizza was awesome. I substituted red bell pepper for the onions. The only reason I'm only giving this recipe a 4 star rating is because of the hassle and work involved in skinning and slicing the butternut squash. I researched easier ways after spending over half an hour trying to peel and slice one, and found that if you boil the whole squash in a covered pot for about 4 minutes, so the skin is punctuable by a toothpick, but only the skin, it's easier to peel. I'm going to try it next time.

Easiest Eggplant

First time making eggplant ever, and this helped me get rave reviews! I added some garlic to the reduced fat mayo, some parmesean to the seasoned bread crumbs, heated some spaghetti sauce and toasted some bread! Add some mozzerella, and everyone had the yummiest eggplant parmesean sandwiches ever! Even my vegetarian friend who earlier swore to me he hated eggplant. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!

Catfish Creole

I used Basa instead of US catfish, minced garlic instead of powder, and omited the onions. Turned out fabulous. Excellent flavor!! This will be used again and again in my house!

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

This was my first thanksgiving feast that I had to cook, and I ended up cooking for 20 people! This recipe was PERFECT! Not only did I get rave reviews from all those who attended, but I loved it myself! I would recommend this recipe to anyone, and it will definately be in MY cookbook for years to come!
