Chicken and Gnocchi Soup

My husband and son loves it!! I do not add the cornstarch as I like the thickness that comes from gnocchi.

We love it, instead of putting icing on it we put a little bit of homemade strawberry jam. I left out the raisins, we don't like them. I cooked it in a bundt cake pan. Added 20 minutes to the cooking time also. Looks great and taste the awesome.

Pork Butt Roast with Vegetables

Awesome recipe, I stripped the pork down, making it pulled pork and added BBQ sauce to the meat. Served with on toasted bread with mayo, cheese and onions. The family loved it!

Real Pecan Pie

The recipe did not fill the entire pie so it looked half full when it was done. The flavor is awesome my husband had two slices. Just have to double the recipe next time.

Banana Cupcakes

Very dense cup cakes, but the sweet and moist. The boys loved it, still tasted like banana bread.

Elegant Scalloped Potatoes

I am not sure what was done differently that everyone is raving about this recipe. I found it to be bland and the meat was dryed out and tuff after being in the water/bullion that long. I will make several changes before trying this one again.
