Cream Cheesy Cubed Zucchini with Lemon and Oregano

Based on other reviews, I added a bit more lemon and some parmesan cheese. I can't really imagine it withoug the parmesan!

Fried Cabbage II

YUM!!! This was so good, we had it as the main course! I used a whole pound of bacon, just over half a head of cabbage, and added some garlic powder. WOW!! I will definitely be making this again! I almost didn't add the sugar, but I'm glad I did! The vinegar was a very nice touch to lighten it up a bit too!

Fish Tacos

This review is for the sauce only, I didn't make the fish this way. This sauce is amazing!! I added more cumin because I love cumin! The spice was perfect, the right amount of heat and flavor for fish tacos!

Tricia's Pineapple Cheese Casserole

I used Cheez-its for the crust on top, and WOW!! I haven't tried this with the plain crackers, and I don't think I have to! I was pleasantly surprised by the combo of flavors...salty, buttery, sweet. I will definitely be making this over and over!

Chex® Lemon Buddies

The lemon flavor was very refreshing! I had the same problem as other reviewers with this tasting rather stale. After the first day (even with storing it in an air-tight container) this staleness just got worse. Make sure you serve this sometime when it will all be eaten at once! I did bake it as others recommended, and it was the very best right when it came out of the oven!

Shrimp Pad Thai

This is a good start to a recipe. I started with the ingredients listed here, mixed the sauce first and realized two things. #1 as others said, this was definitely not enough sauce. #2 there was no flavor or spice, as I associate with pad thai. I was deceived by several people giving this recipe 4 or 5 stars and then listing how DRASTICALLY they changed the actual flavor by adding so many alterations.

These were so easy and tasty!! I used bacon instead of sausage, but can't wait to try this with different variations! I had no problems with the filling spilling over, but I used a baking pan with the square cups.

Crackers a la Yvette

I have made this a few times, the first as written except with about 3 times as much crushed red pepper (we like it spicy). Since then I've used Chex cereal instead of and in combination with the oyster crackers, both with success. My one suggestion is let this sit for at least a few days before serving. The spice of the ranch and pepper takes at least that long to blend and absorb into the crackers or cereal.

I didn't follow this recipe exactly, more like I used it as a guideline, with great results! I used the lemonade concentrate, orange juice, and triple sec as a base. For everything else I just used what I had, lambrusco (not a dry red), chardonnay (to make up for the sweet red), and Yukon Jack instead of brandy (that's just what I had). I didn't add any additional sugar, but it didn't need it! I added a splash of seltzer water to each glass when served. It was a big hit!!

These are awesome! There are so many combinations for this! I tried yellow and chocolate cake mixes. The yellow cake was softer and puffy where the chocolate was somewhat flat.

Stuffed Strawberries

Maybe I just don't have enough patience for these, but I didn't think the taste was worth all the work. Halfway through I ended up globbing the cream cheese mix on top of the strawberries. I did add mini chocolate chips and sprinkled with cocoa powder.
