Homemade Plain Yogurt
I have done this hundreds of times. I often use a wide mouth thermos for the incubation and it works quite well. For those who like a yogurt more like the store bought just put in a teaspoon of disolved gelatin in milk prior to incubating and you get a result that is similar to store bought.

Funnel Cakes II
The kids loved it so much that I make up the dry ingredients in a zip-lock bag to bring camping and munch on around the fire. I add the milk and egg directly to the bag and massage it until mixed. Then just cut a hole to pour it out of. Quick and easy!! I used slightly less flour and doubled the sugar plus added vanilla sugar for flavour.
