Grilled Shrimp Scampi

THE BEST!!!!!!!!!! Super easy and super tasty. I combined butter and olive oil instead of straight olive oil, added a handful of fresh Parmesan cheese then blended. I also used dried parsley flakes because I didn't have fresh ones, still turned out AMAZING!!!

American Lasagna

I made this last night and it is awesome!!! I took the advice of others and added an extra can of diced tomatoes (make sure you don't drain them). I used regular sugar instead of brown sugar only because I didn't have brown sugar, it still taste great. Definitely only use 9 noodles. I made 12 and couldn't fit the last 3. Lastly, you must bake 1 1/2 hours. Take the foil off for the last 20-25 minutes. Make sure to spray Pam or some form of non-stick cooking spray on the foil before you loosely cover the lasagna. Hope this helps!!!!
