Don't tweak the marinade. This is ridiculously good. Everyone always has an adjustment or their own spin on recipes. This is tried and true. I've probably made this a dozen times in the last year without straying from this mix. People rave about it. Probably the best marinade for this cut of meat that I've ever tried. Get it going at least 4-6 hours in advance for max effect.
