Janet's Rich Banana Bread
50 plus times, that is how often I have made this recipe. As I avoid processed foods, I substituted all purpose flour for organic whole wheat flour and white sugar with organic evaporated cane sugar. I don't prefer vanilla, so I left that out. Also, as with most recipes, if you are using salted butter you may want to skip adding the salt. Even a pinch can become too salty. I grease my pans with the paper towel/butter method. Works like a charm every time and is much healthier than cooking spray. It is KEY to mix together wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry ones in another. Always put dry into wet when blending so you dont lose any of the butter or egg in the process. I have never "folded" things into recipes. I just break the bananas and blend them in well and blend in the sour cream.

Easy Sugar Cookies
I would have added a photo but I ate them all, lol. This is a good balance of ingredients for sugar cookies. I was able to make healthy substitutes for this recipe. I used organic whole wheat flour instead of all purpose flour and I used organic evaporated cane sugar instead of fine processed white sugar. The cookies turned out delicious still following the recipes exact measurements. Thank you!
