Dad's Breakfast Pizza

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2014
Really good! Looking for something different to make, this was it! I've had breakfast pizzas before but never made one myself. It's simple but a little time consuming pre cooking everything, bacon, sausage, fried onions & peppers, eggs, biscuits, but it's worth it! Will be making for weekend breakfasts again! :)

Pretty good, I added a can of Rotel instead of the chiles and I added some taco seasoning to the rice as it was cooking, I think it still needs some more flavor, I love the creamyness and texture of i just need to make again with some more changes. Thanks for the yummy recipe! :)

I've made this recipe twice now my family loves them and they're so simple! I add white chocolate chips, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips instead of the toffee and I baked mine at 350 for about 10 mins came out perfect every time! Will continue to make these, thanks for a wonderful recipe!

Simple, fudgey, thick, dense, chocolatey, delectable and delicious!! My new go to for brownies! I made my icing a little thicker and tinted it green for St.Pattys day, then melted some chocolate and shortening in a double boiler and drizzled on top! Everyone loved them! Thanks for the wonderful recipe!! :)

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2014
Simply AMAZING!!! Got rave reviews from the people I made these for and was asked for the recipe! I used OJ instead of water and used more ginger and molasses than called for and used 1/2 cup margarine and 1/4 cup butter and refrigerated then rolled in turbinado sugar. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe! :)

Yum! It was late didn't know what to make and I had ground beef... This was perfect and satisfying over top some rice! Added onion, extra Worcestershire, garlic, and some McCormick hamburger seasoning, to give it some umph. Will make again when I'm short on time, thanks for the recipe!! :)

Tater Tot Casserole I

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2014
Really good! Added some extra stuff, onion, salt & pepper, garlic powder, an extra egg, and cut back the milk to 3/4 cup and added 1/4 sour cream. Next time I think I'll add some fresh diced tomato, or a can of rotel would be nice! Thanks for the awesome recipe!! :)

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2014
This is a keeper!! Really good, moist, flavorful chicken is the result! The only thing different I did was substitute a little less than half of the mayo with sour cream because of another reviewer and it's WOW!! Oh and I actually substituted provolone for the Parmesan because that's all I had. Next time I'm going to try adding some chopped roasted red peppers (well drained) and some spinach to the mixture! :)

Blini (Russian Pancakes)

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2014
Really good! I made it for my family of 3 so I adjusted the serving to 2 and it turned out great! I put sprinkles on some with Nutella and bananas inside and on my husbands I put peach jam and bananas inside! And I didn't have citric acid powder so I added orange juice instead. Adjusting it to 2 servings made 4, 12" blinis which was plenty for us. And for the (1 1/4) egg I just used a really big egg from our chickens and it worked fine! These would be really good with sausage, eggs, cheese and maple syrup inside too! Thanks for the yummy recipe!

Hot Fudge Sundae Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2013
Good base recipe, the sauce is lacking a lot of flavor, will try again with some adjustments instead of adding all water, going to try 1/2 water 1/2 milk (maybe some coffee too)and some vanilla and cinnamon on top. I baked in an 8x8 and it didn't overflow :)

Apple Squares

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2012
Love this! I made almost as directed, just reduced the sugar to 1/3 cup each, because reviewers saying it was to sweet. I also used 2 Peaches instead of apples because that is all i had, and instead of the cinnamon/ sugar mix on top I made a crumb topping that I found on this website. Turned out great and I like that I can use other fruit and it turn out just as good! Definetly a Must-Try recipe!! Thanks BarbiAnn!

Donut Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2010
Very Good recipe! I changed it a little by using 1/2 tea. of nutmeg and 1/4 tea. cinnamon, instead of 3/4 tea. nutmeg. And I made a vanilla glaze instead of rolling it in the cinna-sugar mix. This is a recipe I will make again!
