Drunken Fruit Salsa

This was great! Used "scoops" at first and switched to a spoon! Had it with a blackened tuna steak for dinner and was back later for more on its own. So fresh and different!

Baked Salmon II

Made this for one (myself!) and all the math and the extra time was well worth it! Had it over brown rice with juices as suggested and some al dente asparagus. Fine restaurant dining at home! Thanks!

Shrimp and Caper Salad

Made as directed and it was very good. I read the oil and vinegar salad dressing to mean an Italian dressing and so used one I had on hand and NO mayo. Thanks for another way to use capers!
