Strawberry Pineapple Bread

Great recipe excluded nuts as a personal preference!! The Pineapple flavor is not very prevalent, but it is still a very good and unusual sweet dread. I would think this recipe could be made using any fruit and or fruit combination. I topped each loaf with a crumb topping.

Aunt Kaye's Rhubarb Dump Cake

Very good! I mixed the dry ingredients and the butter and water like the recipe from Krafts web site for Rhubarb Dump Cake instructed. I also think I could have added more Rhubarb.

Antipasto Pasta Salad

Very good - used bottled italian salad dressing and mayo (will use miricle whip next time). My son ate it for dinner but of course picked out the red pepper and onion. I will use cherry tomatoes once ready from my garden.

Rhubarb and Strawberry Pie

very good used about a cup of strawberries and 4 cups rhubarb used 1/4 c corn starch with water as recommended by others. One of the best strawberry rhubarb pies Ive had. Used Basic Flaky pie crust (couldnt believe how easy that was to make, followed directions no changes)

Scrumptious Beef and Potato Casserole

This is a great casserol. I used hamburger (of course omitted the water that would have been added to the meat and onions) and slice my potatoes instead of diced. I had doughts about leaving it uncovered while baking but the cheese was brown and the topping crunchy (i used corn chex crunched up inplace of corn flakes (it was what i had on hand) Will make again
