So glad I found this recipe. I was going to make my usual bread-machine pizza dough, but ended up being away from the house for hours and didn't have enough time to make it that way. My brother still wanted pizza, so I did a search to see if there was any pizza crust I could make in a hurry. I came across this recipe, and with all the good reviews, I figured I would give it a try. I'm so glad I did. It was SUPER simple to make. I love the fact that you can add your toppings and bake it all at the same time...unlike my bread-machine recipe that requires pre-baking the crust for 20 minutes before adding toppings. The crust turned out great. Not only did it look amazing, but it tasted great too. It was nice and browned around the edges and on the bottom, but still nice and soft on the inside. My mom said it tasted better than pizzas you buy! My whole family loved it. I doubled the recipe and made two large pizzas. Now we will be able to have left-overs. :) I would definitely recommend this recipe. It's my new go-to recipe for pizza crust. Easy and delicious. What more could you ask for?
