Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2013
So glad I found this recipe. I was going to make my usual bread-machine pizza dough, but ended up being away from the house for hours and didn't have enough time to make it that way. My brother still wanted pizza, so I did a search to see if there was any pizza crust I could make in a hurry. I came across this recipe, and with all the good reviews, I figured I would give it a try. I'm so glad I did. It was SUPER simple to make. I love the fact that you can add your toppings and bake it all at the same time...unlike my bread-machine recipe that requires pre-baking the crust for 20 minutes before adding toppings. The crust turned out great. Not only did it look amazing, but it tasted great too. It was nice and browned around the edges and on the bottom, but still nice and soft on the inside. My mom said it tasted better than pizzas you buy! My whole family loved it. I doubled the recipe and made two large pizzas. Now we will be able to have left-overs. :) I would definitely recommend this recipe. It's my new go-to recipe for pizza crust. Easy and delicious. What more could you ask for?

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2013
Made this recipe this morning and they turned out great...even though I forgot to add the sugar! As it turned out...it didn't need the sugar. I had doubled the recipe and added one tsp vanilla extract (which probably helped it turn out sweet enough...along with the syrup, of course). I used 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour and 1/2 cup white whole-wheat flour (both UltraGrain brand). I substituted 1 tsp Butter Buds sprinkles for one of the Tbsp of butter. I used lactose-free milk, adding 2 Tbsp vinegar to the 1 1/2 cups milk (double recipe). I also used egg substitute. These pancakes were easy to make. They turned out really soft and the taste was good too. Would recommend this recipe.

Strawberry Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2013
Tried this recipe tonight and really liked it. I used half white whole-wheat flour, so mine had a slight biscuit with jam flavor, but they were very good. I would definitely make them again.

Baked Homemade Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2012
I made this recipe a few nights ago and my family really enjoyed it. I made it lactose-free and low-fat. I used Cabot brand 75% reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese (naturally lactose-free) and fat-free, lactose-free milk. I also used buttery flavored spray on top of the crushed crackers instead of butter or margarine (to take away the calories). I used Ritz wheat crackers for the top. For the flour, I mixed whole wheat flour with the all-purpose flour. I also used whole wheat pasta. It was very tasty...and it re-heated nicely as well. I would definitely make this recipe again.

Classic Waffles

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2011
I love waffles and eat the frozen ones regularly. I made this recipe this morning, and it's much better than my favorite frozen waffles. My family enjoyed them too. It was also very simple to put together. I will definitely be making them again.

Meatless Loaf

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2011
I tried this recipe and really liked it...as did my meat-eating mother. I followed the advice of some of the others and only used half the packet of soup mix to cut down on the salt. Very easy to prepare. Only problem is that it was a little dry. Probably should have followed the other advice and added more water to my frozen veggie crumbles. Overall, it was a good recipe and I would recommend it to others.
