I grew up in Kentucky eating greasy, fattening (but delicious), southern-style cooking. I've been vegan since 2007 and I love transforming the foods I grew up on into healthier, cruelty-free versions. I work as a corporate liaison for a non profit animal welfare organization.

I absolutely adore entertaining and cooking vegan meals. From healthy stir frys to deep frying everything. You name it, I'll veganize it.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Before making the healthy, happy switch to a vegan diet, I grew up eating greasy, fatty, delicious southern foods. I learned to cook from my mom and now enjoy veganizing all of my former favorites, like chicken & dumplings and sausage gravy over biscuits.
