Tom's Blackened Seasoning

I have never had anything blackened, but my husband and son love blackened fish, so i gave it a try. The only change I made was to reduce the salt to 1 tsp. I have to say this will now be served on a regular basis at my house! It is a great seasoning.

Real Italian Calzones

Great recipe to use as a spring board to add ingredients for anyones taste. I used a pound of Italian ground sausage, browned and a cup of chopped spinach in ours. I did not use the cheddar or pepperoni. After reading all the suggestions, I divided my dough into 4's and made individual servings and I served it with marina sauce for dipping.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

My whole family lives this, I served it over homemade pasta. Perfect! I did use a red Cabernet wine, we enjoyed the flavor, but we are Cabernet drinkers.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

This is a wonderful frosting! I followed others' advice and made the smaller quantity which was just right for 24 cupcakes. The frosting has a beautiful satin appearance and it is not a sweet, sugar frosting. It compliments the baked good and does not detract from it with a sugar taste.

Broccoli Rice Casserole

I made this for a Thanksgiving side dish and it was perfect. I put it together early in the day, then it went from fridge to oven to table and it tasted great. A new addition to the holiday menu!

Eclairs II

All I can say is YUM! Turned out perfectly, I made them to the exact recipe except for taking the advice of one poster and pierced the end of the pastry after baking. I will make 1/2 the amount of filling next time, it was way too much. My husband and son were very impressed, thanks.

Asian Lettuce Wraps

Thank you!!!!! We just had this for dinner and my family gave it 2 thumbs up. I did a few very minor changes.... I used 1lb ground chicken breast, I did add 1 tsp of the chili paste and made the dipping sauce that one posted mentioned. These are exactly like PF Changs! Awesome, Thanks again.

Greek Island Chicken Shish Kebabs

I was looking for a new kabob recipe and I Found It! Thank you Dolce Cuoco!! The marinade has a light taste and it make the chicken light and so tender. My whole family gave it 5 stars, and they all want to use it on grilled chicken breast. Awesome light refreshing and tasty. So good and so easy. Perfect!

Red Velvet Cake

My son has always raved about red velvet cake, so he is my measure of excellence on this. I made this for valentines day and he said it was the best he's had! I found the recipe easy to follow and worth the few extra steps to achieve such a beautiful and tasty result. I did make cupcakes and I baked them for 18 minutes. I gave some out to friends everyone raved about them. Thanks

Aunt Blanche's Blueberry Muffins

Wonderful, I did add 1 tsp of vanilla, but I like vanilla! I made them for the first time, and it was also for house guests and everyone raved about them, they were perfect. Extremely easy!
