Ive made this the original way for company and an actual healthy sugar free version for myself. I substituted the oil for coconut oil (it's a little pricey but the health value is worth it). I've used rice flour mixed with a 1/4 cup of flax meal or whole wheat flour. Then for the sugar, I used Stevia (truvia or cancerous splenda is another option) subitute 1/4 teaspon stevia and 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce for each cup of sugar. So it ended up being.. 1 cup coconut oil, 3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour or a sub, 3/4 teaspoon stevia powder, and 1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce.
