Authentic Pad Thai
This had way too much vinegar. Then you had to sugar coat it down to cover over the vinegar.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Ive made this the original way for company and an actual healthy sugar free version for myself. I substituted the oil for coconut oil (it's a little pricey but the health value is worth it). I've used rice flour mixed with a 1/4 cup of flax meal or whole wheat flour. Then for the sugar, I used Stevia (truvia or cancerous splenda is another option) subitute 1/4 teaspon stevia and 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce for each cup of sugar. So it ended up being.. 1 cup coconut oil, 3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour or a sub, 3/4 teaspoon stevia powder, and 1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce.

New York Cheesecake III
It is the best cheese cake recipe. I noticed that it turns out best if you use full fat cream cheese. I had some Neufchatel cheese and it cracked a little. Still wonderful tasting. I still recommend taking a cookie sheet with a little water in it and placing your springform pan in it if you want it extra creamy.
