Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2010
Yummy recipe! I made these for my little sisters birthday today. These blond brownies are perfectly ooey & gooey. I was scared that they were gonna be hard, but they stayed gooey & soft. I baked the brownies by mistake at 325 degrees for about 25-30 minutes & they came out soo good. the Marshmallows on the top didn't disappear all the way which made the brownies chewy & sweet. Love the recipe & my sister did too!

Pumpkin Cake III

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2010
One word describes this cake >> DELICIOUS. Simply delicious. My family ate this cake in 2 days & we're not big cake eaters. I mainly wanted to try out this recipe before I made it for Thanksgiving & I'll definitely be making it again .. I did follow some of the reviews left by others & used 3/4 cup of oil & a 1/2 of applesauce. I skipped cinnamon & used pumpkin pie seasoning, nutmeg, allspice & cloves >> went CRAZY with the spices. I cooked it for 45 minutes in a greased & floured bundt pan .. I also bought some cream cheese frosting & seasoned it with a ton of spices as well [pumpkin pie seasoning, cinnamon & nutmeg] .. the cake was unbelieveably moist .. it melts in your mouth .. My family RAVED about it !! Ill definitely be making this again! Cheers~

Moist, Tender Spice Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2010
This was a great spice cake recipe! I made it for my father for fathers day, & also made a cream cheese frosting to drizzle over it. I used a bundt cake pan, & baked it on 350 for about 55 minutes, until the toothpick came out clean. It baked beautifully. Everyone loved it. Next time, I will add an extra half a cup of sugar, to make it sweeter. Excellent recipe.

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2011
I just made these tonight & they came out so yummy. I skipped using a mixer/blender & just used a fork & spoon to stir. I followed the recipe exactly, except I sprinkled a few chocolate chips on top of the batch before baking. I baked them for the full 35 minutes & they came out chewy & soft. YUMM!!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2010
YUMMY Cookies! I followed the recipe 95% the only thing different was I only had about a cup of chocolate chips, but the cookies still came out Marvelous. For crunchier cookies, I let them bake for the full 15 minutes, but my mother likes them soft & gooey, so I let those bake for 11-12 minutes. After they cooled for a bit, I stored them in a sealed container over night .. & what do you know? they're still soft & chewy. Good recipe!!

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2010
I LOVE THIS RECIPE! Ive made this ziti several times. Ive made a few changes to my familys liking .. I add a roll of sausage in with the ground beef & brown it together, then when I add the sauce, I stir in ricotta cheese in with the sauce & let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.. I toss the pasta with sour cream, & when I do my layering, I throw in some pepperonis. I use provolone cheese as well as mozzerella with my layers.. I serve it up with some fresh cut chives/green onions ... SOOO YUMMY !!!!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2010
I absolutely Love this recipe! I've made this several times already. I follow the directions pretty much, except instead of constantly basting, I pour the sauce mixture in a small aluminum lined baking dish with the chicken. The sauce covers the chicken, and then I cover it with more foil & bake it for 30 minutes, then turn it & bake for another 30 minutes. YUMMY.
