Potato, Bacon, and Corn Chowder
Yummm. I only use 2 cups of milk and used water. It came out very good. I don't think I will use the full 4 cups b/c it is creamy enough to suit me. Used fresh corn instead since it was on sale and sliced in some baby bellos. I read some reviewers found the recipe was missing some flavor...throw in some green onions, shredded cheese or croutons! I love it with green onions!

World's Best Potato Salad
I am really glad I chose to try to recipe because the flavor was exactly what I was looking for! I doubled the cornstarch, only used 5 eggs total since that was all I had on hand and also used powdered milk because I did not have evaporated milk, but no matter, it came out delissssh. I added some chopped dill pickle, chopped pepperoncini, a dash of paprika and pepper to suit my taste. It's so good, I couldn't wait for it to chill and on my second helping!

Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries
This recipe is a keeper. Mine turned out DELISSSSH. I used seasoning salt and garlic salt instead of onion salt bc that is what I have on hand and also had to add quite a bit more water. I did pat down the slices after cutting, but I did not need to soak them since I only used 2 potatoes and fried them quickly.
