Rich Chocolate Frosting

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2011
This is really simple and extremely tasty! I made a whole recipe for a birthday party and frosted one round cake and over a dozen cupcakes and there was still half of the recipe left. No worries here, it is good enough to eat with a spoon.

Peach Cobbler I

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2011
I just made this and give it 10 stars! I thought that I did not really like cobbler but this is amazing! I only had 3 cups of peaches so I added 1 cup of strawberries and I mixed an additional teaspoon of cinnamon directly on the fruit with the 2 spoons of sugar. I also cut the butter back by 2 tablespoons after reading other reviews. Wow!

Empire State Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2011
These are the best all-around muffin. I disagree with the reviewer who said they do not hold up well the day after you bake them. My family eats them throughout the week and they always retain their moisture and flavor. Thanks Beverly!

Chipotle Lemon Bars

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2011
My family loves lemon bars and chipotle but we just couldn't finish one of these. The texture was great so maybe I will just use it as a lemon bar recipe without the chipotle pepper.

Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2011
We will definitely be making this again! I did substitute 3/4 of the butter for chicken stock after reading some of the reviews. I made enough to eat as leftovers the next day for lunch but my family ate it all in one night!

Fruit Dip VI

Reviewed: May 24, 2011
Because of its slightly brown color, party guests were hesitant to try it, but once they did they all loved it. It was best with berries, especially blackberries.

These were so amazing! They were fresh and subtle, but I did cut back some on the vinegar after reading some reviews.

Coconut Cream Pops

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2011
I doubled the coconut extract, added shredded coconut, and still found them bland. Next time I will try to toast the coconut or add a little lemon juice to bring out the natural flavors.

Oyster Stuffing

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2011
We loved this stuffing! The recipe filled our 21lb turkey and there was still enough for a 9in square baking dish. This will be the only stuffing I ever make!

Cabbage and Dumplings

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2011
This was so simple and tasty! It was pretty greasy so I will cut down the butter next time but my husband loved it just the way it was!

Korean Marinade

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2011
This definitely satisfied my Asian food craving. I marinated chicken breasts and served them Korean-style soba noodles. the chicken turned out slightly salty (even with reduced sodium soy sauce) so next time I will not add any extra salt. I cannot wait to try it on other meats!

This was so awesome! I substituted kale for the swiss chard and used the brands of my choice for the ingredients. We will be eating this more often!

I love the puffiness of these cookies but think they lack M&M's. Next time I will definitely add more chocolate.

Shrimp and Andouille Sausage with Mustard Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2010
It tasted great but despite following directions I can never cook with milk without it getting clumpy, which made it not look so appetizing. I will try this recipe again.
