This is a genius idea! Mine turned out great but the concept is perfect for a savory pocket as well. I made small round pockets with cream cheese, pesto and pepperoni and they were amazing! You could also do cream cheese and pickled jalapeno for an easy play on a jalapeno popper. Also, if you can get your hands on some Goya fruit paste (we used mango) that eliminates anything squeezing out during baking since it's much more dense than jam. I will be making these time and time again; I'm sure of it!

Ricotta Fettuccine Alfredo with Broccoli

Very bland. I'd suggest keeping the starchy pasta water to thin the sauce out because straight from the recipe its way too thick and dries out once it's incorporated with the pasta. If I were to make this again I might melt in a sharper cheese to punch up the flavor. This needs more salt and seasonings.

The texture of these cookies are perfect! I didn't find them to be overly sweet at all. The cookie alone had a nice light buttery flavor with a cake like texture. I had to use lemon juice for the glaze but I loved the concept of flavors...ugh i wish i'd had lemon extract to give mine more of that lemon punch...then the sprinkles gave em a nice crunch of sweetness! I will def make these again for my son's birthday party.

Blue Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

They were good but nothing to write home about. This made about 12 mushrooms for me. Next time I would hold back on the amount of breadcrumbs and add more seasoning.

My Crab Cakes

This is an amazing recipe! I made my own rendition after reading through the reviews. I swapped out things like crushed garlic cloves, dijon mustard, wheat ritz and breadcrumbs. The spices and cayenne make this recipe gold!
