Butternut Squash Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2013
Just made this and love it! I read the reviews and made some minor adjustments. First, I made 3 times as much so I can freeze some for later. I also used veggie broth instead of chicken and added about 1/2 cup half and half to make it a creamier texture. Also added about a tablespoon of brown sugar. At first I thought it wouldn't be thick or creamy enough, until I put it in the blender, then it came out perfect! Yum.

Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2012
My family loves strawberry-rhubarb pie, but somehow they tend to always come out a bit too runny. This recipe tastes perfect and comes out better than a pie. I made it for family and they loved it, so when we had a special occasion I made it again and doubled the recipe for family and friends. The result was a smashing success. It was gone before most other desserts. Love it!

Gourmet Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2010
Made this recipe today and served it up to 4 guys who loved it. It is easy and very tasty for a different kind of pizza. We had grilled chicken the day before and I always make extra for a salad or something the next day, so I used it on this pizza. Will definately be making this again.

Peanut Butter Pie IV

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2010
Just made this pie and it's way easier than I thought it would be. It tastes great too! I have one question; is the one cup of whipped topping actually one cup, or like an 8oz tub of cool whip? I will definately be making this again. Yum.
