Black Beans and Rice

I agree with other reviews, it was quite bland, I doubled the spices. Other than that, it was fantastic! I added corn and tomatoes and served the dish on tortilla, the family loved it!

Pumpkin Crunch Parfaits

Very good but not perfect. Personal opinion but i added 2 more teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice and next time I would definitely double the pudding. With that it would be perfect, thank you.

Mmm Mmm! These are THE best pancakes I have ever made! I substituted pumpkin pie spice for the allspice because my family loves the flavor. I got my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday, so I was only able to eat a couple bites this morning but my very picky 12 year old and 9 year old LOVED these with some warm maple syrup!

Sweet Pumpkin Seeds

I love the original pumpkin seeds seasoned with just seasoning salt, but these were so much more delicious! They taste more like cinnamon-sugar almonds. They are fantastic! Thank you so much! Definitely a new tradition.
