Turkey Cocktail Meatballs with Orange Cranberry Glaze

I made this on Super Bowl day. My husband loved it but I am not sure the rest of them did or not....I personally like the beef meatballs better.... It seemed to be something was missing....

Cajun Spiced Pork Chops

This was good.... While I was cooking, the cajum rub smoked up my house and everybody started to cough.....lol I am not sure if I would cook it inside any more. Maybe it should have been cooked on the grill outside.

Sirloin Tips and Mushrooms

It was okay. My 17 years old daughte thought it was a kind of bland. Also it does take a little while to get the meat to get tender on the stove. Next time I may try this in a slow cooker......

Bottom Round Roast with Onion Gravy

I cooked it in a slow cooker. My mistake was I put the frozen roast in it and turned it to high setting......roast was still tough when we were ready to eat. So I left it ovenight in low settings. It needed more flavor so I added a jar of muchroom gravy and it came out good. I think I will try it again.

The sauce was awesome!! I think I will use a pound of ground turkey and a pound of ground beef next time. Somehow meat was too soft and didn't keep the good shape....

Awesome recipe. I didn't have tomato sauce but I had a can of tomatoes so I pureed it. It still came out great!!! I also added Parmesan on top. Thanks for the recipe!!!

Sour Cream Pork Chops

Somehow this was way too salty for me.... maybe because I used garlic salt on pork chops. Also chciken boullion may have been too much salt in it. Next time I will use garlic powder and salt separately and I will buy a can of low sodium chicken stock instead of bouillon.
