Hello again all,
Today I've finally taken pictures of my sushi, and can say that I'm eating it all the time now, it's a healthy, great alternative to the traditional PB&J sandwich for lunch.

I am French...
My favorite things to cook
Tasty deserts are always a favorite, I am always looking for new desert recipes, however I love to venture into a main course challenge or try new things!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Traditional French cooking.
My cooking triumphs
Working my way through a few famous cook books. Finding out my food is better than most of the restaurants. Making delicious and nutritionally healthy meals for myself and my family.
My cooking tragedies
None so far, my greatest downfall is not following my instinct and adjusting a recipe the way I know I would enjoy it.
