Pepper, Onion & Feta Pizza

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2010
Delicious! I made it with a tortilla instead of pizza dough (and pre-heated the tortilla for 3-4 minutes). I didn't have any problems with my slices falling apart. I also used sun-dried pesto as the base sauce. It was a healthy and satisfying meal. Will try this recipe again!!

Bacon 'n' Egg Wraps

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2010
Delicious and filling! I will definitely be making this one again and again. My only suggestion would be to leave out the salt from the eggs. I found that the bacon and cheese salted the mixture enough and that the extra salt in the eggs was a little much. Other than that, quick, simple, tasty and satisfying!

Cumin Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2010
Mine ended up falling apart. Maybe I should have refridgerated them prior to cooking like some reviewers suggested. I wasn't a huge fan of the sloppy joe type turkey burger and the taste was just 'ok' for me. Maybe I'd try this recipe again on top of nachos or a quesadilla but not in a burger. Thanks for the recipe, I had fun trying it!

Snow on the Mountain Green Beans

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2010
Yummy! I also added bacon to my green bean salad since I already had some cooked and refridgerated. Great side dish.

Basic Baked Spaghetti

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2010
I love this basic and easy recipe. My mother has made pasta this way for years. It's a really great base. I used grated swiss cheese this time for a little bit of kick but cheddar hits the spot too. I also added some mushrooms and green peppers to the pasta sauce but it taste fine without. Fantastic!

Tartar Sauce I

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2010
Yum!!! I am never buying store bought tartar sauce again! This was easy to make and it took about 5-10 min. Making it a few hours in advance is a must. Like some reviewers, I used pickles instead of relish because i prefer my sauce to be more tart than sweet but either way, this recipe is great. Thanks!
