This was a very easy recipe (compared to may other pretzel recipes)...especially since you didn't have to wait for the dough to rise. With that said, there were a few things I didn't like: 1) I expected the inside to bake to a beautiful white but it was brownish, perhaps bc of the brown sugar, 2) they took much longer to bake than the recipe stated to get them really brown on the outside like a pretzel should be, and 3) they didn't tast much like a store-bought pretzel. I prefer the "Buttery Soft Pretzels" recipe I've also tried on this site!
