About this Cook
Hi! I'm a 16 year old teen who likes to cook sweet things. I'm especially fond of trying recipes that has easy to find ingredients that even a 16 year old can create.
My favorite things to cook
Mostly pastries, cupcakes, cakes, I haven't tried muffins yet and desserts.
My cooking triumphs
I cooked a batch of Apple Squares found on this site, gave some to my classmates and kept them raving for more. I cooked 48 mini cupcakes out of the Simple White Cake recipes, brought it to my family and received awesome comments!
My cooking tragedies
The time I created a brownie recipe on this site that turned out too sweet for me and my family's liking. The time I overbaked a pan of Apple Squares that turned out quite dry. The first time I made mini cupcakes out of the Simple White Cake using dissolved powdered milk and got holes inside my cakes. The time I created a Banana Frosting from this site and ended up with a big clump of hardened sugar with a hint of banana flavor.

Simple White Cake
This was awesome!!! I made this cake yesterday. I created 48 mini cupcakes baked for 25 minutes. The cake didn't taste good when it was eaten straight from the oven, however, when it cooled, the result was a fluffy, spongy, bouncy cake with a sort of glaze? on top. Today, I tasted 1 and it was heaven!!!! Still the same soft, bouncy and spongy texture BUT the hint of vanilla and milk were more pronounced! Will make dozens more in the future! Thanks for the recipe!! God bless!

Apple Squares
This recipe is muy muy muy delicious! We, my groupmates and I made this, I picked this recipe and one of them said I could get married lol.. Anyway, this recipe is a hit to my family and friends. I myself like to think of it as a cakey apple pie. Which is a good thing. The only thing I have a question is when you put the last two ingredients.. before or after they bake?
