This recipe is idiot proof. I made all kinds of mistakes, including removing from the oven too soon (I put it in the microwave to finish off), and realizing that I had no lemons after I started (I used lime juice and dried lemon zest). I was sure that I was going to throw the whole pan out. When we tasted the next day, these were pretty good. I positively loved the shortbread crust, and I did make this according to the instructions. I am looking forward to using it in other recipes that call for graham cracker crust. Yum.
