Chocolate Cobbler

Very simple yet very yummy! I've made this 3 days in a row at our restaurant in a 9 x 12 pan & sold out! I topped it with vanilla bean ice cream & my own home made chocolate drizzle! It's a HIT!

Excellent recipe! The cook time IS a little of for a bundt pan, took about 40 mins. Instead of water, I used Vanilla Rum! I found a vanilla glaze here that I iced the top with then sprinkled with powdered sugar! TO DIE FOR!

Patriotic Poke Cake

Did as instructed other than I subbed cream cheese icing for the Whipped Cream. Next day, even before cutting, the icing was runny & THIN! Not sure what happened but it still tasted good.

Southern Red Velvet Cake

I give this one a 3 because after all the prep time, which was very time consuming...it turned out dry & the icing was just too "greasy". Everyone liked it but even sealed up from the air, it got even drier the next day.
