Followed recipe EXACTLY... and its delicious! Mine turned out thick, like a cake, so I just frosted the whole thing. Moist indeed... and divine in taste!

Pasta Con Broccoli

Good taste to it. I didn't have broccoli, so I used peas. I also didn't have fresh mushrooms, but I bet they'd taste great in this. I added a few sliced grape tomatoes for color. Overall, good, rich flavor. The heavy whipping cream really adds a nice flavor and texture. I'll make again next time my heavy whipping creme is about to expire.

Asparagus Cashew Rice Pilaf

The overall taste is good, but its too buttery if you follow the recipe exactly. Next time I make this, I'd either lessen the butter OR I'd add some mushrooms and celery to the initial sautee, to add more flavor AND to soak up some of that butter.

Broccoli Casserole II

Wow... just made this... my mom and I both tried it and were all "Mmmm! That's GOOD!" I didn't use processed cheese (used the real stuff) and instead of sauteeing in margarine, I used Earth Balance. I also topped it with bread crumbs... oh and baked for 45 instead of 35 mins.

I tweaked it a bit, but it turned out great! And yes, you really do want to wait overnight before you try it. It gets a nice, moist quality after about 12 hours.

Creamy Corn Chowder

Delicious! This soup reminds me of something you'd see on the menu board at Panera. I just made it and now I want to find a recipe to make rolls. A fresh, warm roll (or two) would be fabulous dunked in this soup! One thing to note is that the red pepper flakes are quite potent (at least to me they are) so you might want to use sparingly unless you lke a spicier soup. p.s. I also think that fresh baked tater tots would be de-lish tossed into this soup. Mmmmm...now I'm wishing I had some on hand.

Vegan Pancakes

I did everything exact except that I formatted the recipe for 1 serving and added a bit of chopped banana. I wanted it to taste good, but the texture was gelatin like inside, even after a thorough cooking.
