Jalapeno Popper Spread
If I could rate this 10 stars, I would... The baked version, with breadcrumbs (panko is great, but regular/italian/seasoned works just fine) mixed into the parmesean is AMAZING and totally addictive. I add about 1/2-3/4 c shredded mexican blend cheese, and the whole 4oz can of jalapenos, also I use a 7oz can of green chiles.. Bake at 350 or 375 for abt 30 until brown, and OMG! The microwaved version works pretty well though, esp if you dont have the option of baking.. Definitely a new go-to potluck/party standby!

Apple Crumb Pie
Made almost exactly as stated, though I did add a little apple pie spice to the crumb topping too. The flavor was great, which is saying a lot for me since i don't normally like apple pie. The only problem I had though, was it was really runny and some of the juice spilled over the side when I took it out of the oven. That might have just been the apples I used though.

White Chocolate Covered Pretzels
Made a bunch of these for my Christmas cookie trays, and as always, a hit! I did add about a Tbsp or so of veggie oil (was out of shortening, go figure) to thin it out a little and keep it smooth.
