I'm a lot more ambitious in my cooking than I probably should be. There just aren't that many recipes I've found that intimidate me--if it looks good, I'm willing to try it, no matter what it takes!
That's mainly a bad thing when I tell someone at work about a recipe and they ask me if it was hard to make. I say, not at all! You just sautee and let it cook for two hours while you're making the reduction for your sauce and letting the dough rise. Their eyes start to glaze over, and I have to say, okay. Maybe it is hard to make... lol

Eclectic. My mom's curry and spaghetti dishes were some of my favorites.

My wife loves macaroni and cheese, so I like to try new spins on it. I tried ricotta in it the other day. It was amazing!
