These were absolutely fantastic! They were so easy to make and were gone in less than 10 minutes. I followed the suggestions of many other reviewers and added 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract to a double batch of batter. I also used double stuffed oreos that i soaked in milk for a couple of seconds. Also, I used semisweet chocolate chips for the drizzle on the top. Also, i would suggest using foil cupcake wrappers instead of paper ones because the oreo stuck to the bottom a bit. I brought 24 of these mini cheesecakes to a tennis team dinner and everyone loved them! definitely a keeper.

Very good frosting!!! Taste is great. I halved the recipe and used more sugar. Used 8 ounces of cream cheese, 3 1/2 cups of confectioners sugar, 1/3 cup butter, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Found that it wasn't very fluffy but very creamy and smooth. I was expecting a fluffy icing, so that's the reason for only 4 stars. However, the taste was wonderful. There was enough (with the measurements above) to not overly frost about 20 devil's food cupcakes.

Overall, these were pretty awesome.The cake itself is absolutely fantastic. I did have to bake them around 13 min. for them to cook through. Just to warn you, the cakes do spread quite a bit when they bake. The only problem I had was with the filling. Too much shortening in my opinion. Maybe added marshmallow (the traditional whoopie pie filling) would be better. I ended up adding a splash of milk, a bit of butter, and a tiny amount of flour to cut the sweetness. I am somewhat of a whoopie pie snob because where I live, they are very popular. I've had some pretty good pies but this recipe has the best cake portion hands down. The filling just leaves something to be desired.

Just an ordinary butter sauce. I could have made the same thing in the microwave. I poured it over homemade gnocchi and it was just decent. I used 2 garlic cloves. The recipe didn't specify if you diced the garlic and added it or just crushed the clove and removed it later.

Fantastic gnocchi! I have always loved gnocchi and really wanted to learn how to make them. As a beginner cook these were really easy to make. I microwaved the potatoes to save on time. I also used small red potatoes (they were the only ones I had). I combined the potatoes and egg then added flour slowly until it made a knead-able dough. The entire 2 cups wasn't used. With 5 small red potatoes I got enough gnocchi for 3 people. They came together really easily and tasted restaurant quality. I made them for my dad & brother who are very picky with pasta and they gave them rave reviews. I appreciated that these had no butter or cream so they were a bit lighter. I plan on making a double batch next week for my entire family.

Absolutely Fantastic!!!! This was my first blondie and I think this is a new favorite. Baked for 22 minutes and they turned out perfect. Make sure to let them cool COMPLETELY before cutting, otherwise they fall apart. I made a double batch and took them to a Super Bowl Party and they were hit! Other than doubling the recipe and baking in a 13x9 pan, the only change i made was the chocolate. Using as much as the recipe calls for would be way too much. I suggest you just sprinkle however many you like for your own preference. Warning: they take forever to cool, so if you're planning to take them somewhere, make them early with enough time to cool for 3-4 hours. UPDATE: made them exactly as the recipe said (but with less chocolate chips) for my high school tennis team's state match and they went CRAZY over them! i now owe about 12 people blondies for their birthdays!

Very moist and yummy! Great for small kids to help out with. I found that it tastes even better with spice cake mix. I just substituted the yellow cake mix and spices for the spice cake mix (because I was out of cloves). Turned out great!

I absolutely loved these cookies. Contrary to some of the reviews, they were soooooo simple to make. My neighbor and I made these for our multicultural event at school. With both of us being thirteen and beginner cooks, we needed something simple and quick (the party was in 2 hours!). This recipe was fantastic for our purposes. We showed up with two plates of these cookies all were gone in a matter of minutes. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to taste one for myself and I was impressed. Many of the attendants loved them as well. I would definitely recomend them. (;

These cupcakes are absolutely fantastic!!!!!!!!! I gave them to all the members of my swim team and they went nuts over them. Even at 13 years old these were simple to make and even better to eat. I was thrilled to find a recipe that didn't require buttermilk (because I had none on hand) The icing was dynamite. I definitely will be making these again.

When I first spotted this easy peanut butter cupcake recipe I jumped on board. I made the batter no problem and stuck them in the oven. After 25 minutes, the suggested cooking time, they were rock solid. The problem most likely was that I didnt have enough brown sugar so I substituted about 1/2 cup white sugar. I didnt think it would make much difference but it probably did. The taste was good but the cooking time should be decreased. Probably would taste dynamite with chocolate buttercream icing.
