These came out very tough, rather than chewy. I stopped adding flour after 1.5 cups because the dough was so dry I had to wet my hands and knead it to incorporate everything, and I think it was the kneading that toughened them. Flavour was nice, not too sweet but I still think I'll try a different recipe next time.
