English Muffins
I recently moved from the states to Africa and have trouble finding things that compare so have started baking. These are by far the best I've attempted. Though I was in hurry tonight so I don't think I allowed them to raise long enough. Wouldn't change a thing about the recipe, I did also bake them for 5 minutes on 100 temp before cooking them in a skillet. I have no griddle so this worked well. Do watch the heat though and length to cook. I had to turn mine several times to get them perfectly brown. Yummy thank you so much!
