my bread was soft and fluffy, you really have to let the yeast proof in the warm water and sugar for at least 10 minutes before you add the other ingredients, it was a tad bit on the sweet side so next time I will use a bit less sugar, I made half of the dough into rolls with garlic butter and herbs and cracked pepper and coarse salt this also cut the sweetness
