Carrot Pineapple Cake III

The taste is lovely, but I had to leave it in the oven for 1h 20mins before it cooked through. Tried making it twice and both times it just didn't work out. This one is not for me I'm afraid.

English Muffins

This is the third time I've made these muffins and they are perfect every time! because I'm not so handy with a griddle, I took the advice of one of the other reviewers and baked them in the oven at 180Celsius for about 20 -25 mins. Perfect every time!!

Kentucky Butter Cake

I've made this cake twice now. My family absolutely LOVES it! It's very rich but still moist. Even without the butter sauce. I'll try to make photo's next time.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Okay, I'm eating the very first one right now. One word: Yummmmmm!!! I actually baked them for the full 12 mins as they were too soft and breaking a bit when I tried to take them out after about 9 mins. After 12 mins they were still soft, but easy to remove from the cookie sheet with a spatula. Will def. bake these again!

Alfredo Sauce

This was so so good!! I started with a roux then added half&half, 2 cloves of garlic then turned the heat down while adding (very!) finely grated cheese. I used only parmesan (double amount). The finer the cheese is grated, the easier it melts. Sauce came out nice and thick!! Perfect!
